Simultaneous to introducing the Rewind Revolution, the movement inspiring educators to extend lecture capture campus wide, Echo360 and Blackboard Inc. announced their newly formed Premier partnership at Educause 2008. The companies inked a three-year deal that calls for Echo360 software to be distributed with Blackboard solutions to its higher education client community in the U.S. and Canada beginning in spring of 2009. As a result, faculty will have universal access to lecture capture.
