Ever mindful of today’s economic situation, Echo360 has pre-negotiated a conference rate of $169 per day. This all-inclusive rate covers your room, meals and conference fees.

Cost to attendee:
$169 per day ($372 including tax for two days)

• There are no additional fees for the attendees!
• Includes conference fee, room rate and all meals
• Rate is applicable for nights of Wed. June 3 and Thurs. June 4
• Room rate outside of those dates is $265
• Optional golf and spa services additional cost to attendee

Spouse Program:
There is a spouse rate of $145.00 which includes shared room accommodations with meeting attendee, breakfast, lunch and dinner in Riverside Hearth, use of the health club, and service charges.

Pre/Post Rates:
Attendees have been offered Pre/Post Guestroom rate of $265.00 for guests arriving before or staying after the meeting dates of June 3rd to 5th. This rate includes deluxe guestroom accommodations. A $15.00 per day resort fee will also be assessed on all Pre/Post Guestrooms. The Resort Fee covers access to the Health Club and all exercise classes, access to the indoor pool and outdoor aquatic complex, local and access telephone calls as well as daily coffee service.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations:
• On or before April 3, 2009 – 50% of registration fees due
• Between April 4-18, 2009 – 75% of registration fees due
• On or after April 19, 2009 – 100% of registration fees due
