What will the weather be like?
June is a fantastic time to visit our nation’s capital. The temperature averages 75 degrees with the lows dipping down to 66 degrees with very little humidity.

How much will the conference cost?
Let’s face it – most of us can’t afford an expensive trip this year. Echo360 is not charging for the conference and we are subsidizing 100% of your food expenses starting the evening of June 3rd along with a portion of your hotel room. For the two day event, an individual attendee should expect to spend approximately $425 for a two-night stay (including tax) and transportation to/from Dulles Airport. Airfare is dependent on when you make reservations and originating location.

Is the $169 room rate extended for stays longer than the nights of June 3rd and June 4th?
Echo360 has contracted the $169 nightly room rate for the nights of Wednesday, June 3 and Thursday, June 4. The $169 room rate includes your room, conference meals* and fees. Extended stays are subject to regular room rates.

*Private meals are an additional charge and will be charged to the attendee’s personal account.

What if I want to golf or use the spa?
Extracurricular activities – like golf or massages – are the responsibility of the individual.

When is payment due for the event?
Payment is due at the time of registration.

Is there a hotel business center?
Lansdowne Resort boasts state of the art conference facilities and a technology center.  For more information on the technology center, click here.

Will there be wireless Internet access?
Wireless internet access will be available in the conference meeting rooms, and is included as part of your conference fee.  High speed internet access is available in guest rooms for a nominal fee.

Can my spouse attend?
There is a spouse rate of $145.00 which includes shared room accommodations with meeting attendee, breakfast, lunch and dinner in Riverside Hearth, use of the health club, and service charges.
